I am trying to do a new manual install in a shared hosting GoDaddy account in the root folder. I have followed the instructions here http://www.northernstarsolutions.com/DotNetNuke/SharedHostingSetup/tabid/61/Default.aspx & changed the connection strings in the web.config file, I also set up the virtual directories bin, Portals, DesktopModules & Config with the permissions recommended by northernstars solutions  but I am getting the following error

I am not familiar with ASP.NET  or databases. Can anyone tell me what I may have done wrong?
