Hi, I get the "could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SQLDataProvider"

I have tried everything I can think of but no success.  My setup details are:

Windows Server 2003 R2, SQLServer 2005, DotNetNuke Ver 04.04.01, IIS Ver 6

I created database - DotNetNuke, User - DotNetNuke and no password

Help please......

As requested above if we can see the connection string that would help.  Also ensure that your servername is correct in the connection string (Matching the one displayed when connecting via SQL Management Studio Express)
