Hello,

Last week I upgraded to DNN 4.4.1 (from 4.3.x). Since then, changes made in HTML/Text modules are not saved! After saving, all content (also existing content) is gone. Has anyone the same problem? Did I forget something during the upgrade?

Thanx
Richard

i'm not aware of any issue. Please check your admin->site log to see if any exceptions are being recorded. In addition, check your Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider folder, it will contain the version script file logs (the files with the *.log extension), open each of these and see if there were any script errors, on occasion third party modules can alter the database schema and cause failures during upgrade.

Hi,

Thnx for your response. There seems to be a direct relation between the issue and the Page State Persistence setting  (host settings, advanced, performance). I've changed it to 'Page' and that solved the problem. Don't know why, but it does...

Richard
