After successful installion of the current DNN version, I went under the  Site Setings/Appearance. I wanted to change a few things, so I tried the “Gray vertically” and “Background white with Logo picture”. I was playing with the properties of  (portal Skin, container, Admin Skin, container changes) , at this point, I decidedto updated.,

When my browser came back,  I recieved this error message:

An error has occurred.
         An error has occurred.

.......with the red sign in front!

in the address line comes “/Default.aspx? tabid=36&error=Value+cannot+be+null.%0d%0aParameter+name%3a+type&content=0”

questions:
1. What did I do wrong?
2. How can I put the DNN back into the original state?

Help!!!!!

Darryl

This has happened to quite a few people.  You did nothing wrong, just a boo-boo in the install files, easily fixed:
