DNN becomes down repeatedly because of exceeding pool size problem and others.

There are many factors that come into play when looking at needed server resources.

Of you 150 users, how many of them will be online at the same time?  How heavily will they be using the application?  What types of modules do you use?

It is not easy to just give a blanket recommendation.

Please also describe the configuration of the server and also whether it is used for other functions as well.
