I have employees who are on my web site all day.  how can i change it so they don't have to relogin every 20 minutes.  I'd like to change it to 8 hours.

I'm running DNN 4.4.1

If they are staying active in the site they shouldn't get kicked out, but if you need to extend the minimum activity time it is a setting in the web config in the authentication element.

Morgan,

The changes are needed to this section

<authentication mode="Forms">
      <forms name=".DOTNETNUKE" protection="All" timeout="60" cookieless="UseCookies" />
    </authentication>

The value you want to change is the timeout, this is specified in minutes, so you can bump it up to what ever time you need.
