It does not work with templates created from previous version either. It seems only the default DotNetNuke template works. This is a pretty serious bug, is anyone aware of a possible fix?

This is still a problem on 4.5.1. Portals are created with the "DotNetNuke" template but error our on others.

Fix:

Edit the .template files in your "Portals" directory.  (I opened both DotNeNuke.template  Club....Site.template)

Copy all of the settings from the DotNetNuke.template and overwrite the <settings> section in you required template files.

Then copy ALL of the <profiledefinitions> section from the DotNetNuke.template file to the required template files.

Things should work now.  I thing someone move the profile creation into the templates and didn't fix the other templates.
