i upgraded my site to 4.5 after 5 Hours!! now my admin account can not see admin menu! i mean just with "host" account i have "admin" and "host" in my menu

i had this problem with every page in my menu,just i cleared  check box  option for edit page in page setting  for every page ,now my admin can see the other pages except "admin".

and i have this error in my event viewer intermitten.

It looks like the files for ajax implementation are missing.

Are you sure that all files for the upgrade were copied?

You may want to check through your web.config. There are some new values for 4.5.0 which were not present before.

yes ,i have copied everything.

what should i look at in web.config.i changed release file ,why did it happen?

what  should i do now?

I have the same event error but my admin can see admin tab.  I am not sure what might be broken because of the error.  Has anyone discovered what this error could be a result of yet?
