This is afternoon, I update my portal from 4.4.1 to 4.5.1. After this I can't login with admin / host account.

Any advice?

Ensure that when you upgraded that you copied over the machineKey values.

If you did copy them and are still unable to login, if you can login with other accounts you can manually reset the passwords on the host/admin accounts using scripts available on my website (http://www.mitchelsellers.com)
