I have just upgraded to 04.05.00 and then immediately to 04.05.01 (because of the image upload problems). There are two issues I have now:

  • Although I have put in sensible page titles (and page names) for all pages the Tabs, headers and page history in IE7 always say 'Home'. It's ok in FireFox
  • The default DNN blue skin for some reason cannot find the menu styles in its stylesheet. There are also issues with some other skins.

Regarding your first item, you might try clearning your cache for IE, I noticed a similar issue on my site.

Regarding the skin issues, I have noticed this issue as well with 4.5.1 after performing the upgrade on my test site last night!  I am not sure of a fix on this one.

Thanks - the Page name problem must have been a caching issue... it works fine on other machines.
The skinning issue is also fine on other pcs.

One other thing I have noticed (and I'm not sure if I just misremember or if it is an actual upgrade change) is that if you are logged in and have edit permissions for all pages but aren't an 'Administrator' you can add pages using the 'Page Functions'. In the past when you did this I think the new pages would appear in the root and therefore show in the SOLPARTMENU. Now it automatically puts them under the Home page... so you can only see them by hovering over the home page. i.e. it makes the parent page for any new pages 'Home'.

Is there a way around this?
