This morning I went to a clients site and noticed the "Login" button does NOT work!.  When clicked the url doesn't contain the "ctl/Login" in the string.  Even when I manually enter this, it defaults to the wrong page!

I monkeyed around by adding an account login manual (through the db) onto a page, but when I click "Login" it just simply refreshes.  I place the info in the TabModules and Modules tables because of the FK contraint.  But again, nothing happens when I click the login button, simply a refresh.

this client has been dawdling for months and now want's to be up by the 30th of April, and I noticed this problem this morning.  I upgraded to 4.5 (from 4.4.1) hoping that may fix any issue.

Please help me!!!

Check the Portals table in the database and make sure LoginTabID is either NULL or is a valid TabID.

Mikeh,

Thanks so much!!!  I never explored that table, but it makes sense with being able to set your login page!  Again thank you, my heart rate has slowed to normal!
