Hi,

I have installed DNN v 3.2 on the co-hosted server (win2003) and the Home page is displayed correctly, but when I try to go to the Login page or others, the page is not found and I get error: HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found. Is this because of missing permissions for the NETWORK_SERVICE account or is it another problem as the HomePage displays OK?

Hi,

I have the same problem here... I'm running DNN 3.2 on winXP with MSDE. Everything seems ok but still can see only the home page. Any other link bring me to a 404 - Page not found. Any ideas?

Hi,

This problem seemed to be related to the friendly URL set-up which is ON by default. There is an option on the Host settings that allows you to disable this option. As the only page that I could use was the Home Page I had to connect to SQL and change the value of  record UseFriendlyUrls to N in the HostSettings table.
