When I tried to upgrade a DNN 3.x install to 04.05.01, I got an error on the last SQL script. As far as I can see, this is due to missing {objectQualifier} keys in the following:

Existing script:

/* correct any File folderpaths which do not match the value in the Folders table */
update {objectQualifier}Files
set    Folder = FolderPath
from   Folders
where  Files.FolderID = Folders.FolderID
and    Folder <> FolderPath 
GO

Should be:

/* correct any File folderpaths which do not match the value in the Folders table */
update {objectQualifier}Files
set    Folder = FolderPath
from   {objectQualifier}Folders
where  {objectQualifier}Files.FolderID = {objectQualifier}Folders.FolderID
and    Folder <> FolderPath

Since we have "dnn_" as prefix for tables (and other objects), thise error occurs. If you do not have a prefix, it runs as expected.
