I was trying to upload templates created on another site. The template included the resource file.  The template file name , as created by dnn is xxxx.xxxx  The resource file name is xxxx.xxxx.yyyy , the file manage kept overwriting the files, it apprantly does not recognize the .yyyy, it only considers the file name to be the front and then whats ever extension is past the first period.  I thought this might be a server problem, but I was able to ftp the files up with out a problem.

I confirm, that you cannot upload templates using the file manager due to an issue handling files ending on .resources.

Leupold, is there a next step to this?  The work around by the way is FTP the files to the site and it seems to work ok.  I am not sure what would happen if you viewed them using the file manager.    I also created a template with resources and succesfully loaded it to a new parent site, so the application in general seem to be processing them fine.

I logged it as a bug in the DNN issue tracker, so it will be solved in a future version.
