Hi there

Is it possible to install DNN on a webhosting company's site utilising their SQL and all without having it on your laptop?  I use XP Home and am unable to install locally.

My hosting company is a keen supporter of DNN and many people use them, but I am stuck.

Thanks

~R

Hopefully you have solved this by now, Rob.  If not, I've often installed DNN on XP Professional.  I recommend upgrading to XP Professional.  Just be sure to "Control Panel >> Add/Remove Windows Components", double-click "internet Information Services", then check every box except "Front Page 2000 Server Extensions" before you try to setup DNN.
