Hello

I already installed DNN4.5

Default.aspx site works fine

But when i try to click any link i'm getting redirection to another site in my host (DNN is located on port 901, while i'm getting url in DNN without port number)

If I copy, and then paste url from DNN links to web browser and manualy add port number, it works

But manually doing this is bad idea :)

What is more any jscript links doesnt works

Can You help me ?

There is a setting you can put in the web.config that will set DNN to use the port number.  I believe the setting is "UsePortNumber" you need to set that to true in the web.config.

I don't have a copy of the documentation in front of me so I am not 100% sure on the setting name, but I think that is it.

Where should it be and what parameter does it have?

First u need to check your portal alias setting. open the site settings from admin menu and look for portal alias settings. make sure ur alias include with the port number, such as localhost:901. If not included...hmm i think u need to open the portalalias table in your dotnetnuke database and just modify the alias manualy

Ok. It does not run over the web.config but rather over the portalis / db.

Thanks for information
