I installed DNN 4.5; however I receive the following error when I access my web server over the internet.  If I access my DNN site on the local machine it works fine.  I followed the DNN Installation Guide and the one issue I had is that my Windows 2000 Server (Web Server) does not have an ASPNET User account. I am running dot net 2.0. Can anyone offer any guidance?

I entered the external IP address.  I've created a sample hello world ASP Net application and it works fine.  I don't know why my newly installed DNN site produces the error I described previously.  Any thoughts?

I've been doing some more digging.  My web server is also my primary domain controller. I found the following Microsoft article:

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I'm not sure what the problem is here. You say you can browse to the site locally, but not from another location. That seems like it has nothing to do with the ASP.NET account (your site would not work at all, and not just locally)
