I am installing 4.5 on a (Virtuozzo) Windows Server 2003. I am using SQL 2005 Express. DotNet 2 installed. It craps out saying cannot find file specified. I have been through the PDF about 7 times so far. I can't find a single thing that I am missing. Anyone got any ideas? Maybe I should try an older version??

Looks like something got messed up with the .Net 2.0 install (System.EnterpriseServices) got corrupted. It might just be that you need to register this library in the GAC. But to make sure that other things are not messed up I'd try to reinstall the .Net 2.0 framework.
