I am installing the source version DNN 4.05.01 After running the test DataBase connection succesfully, then clicking next I find the database scripts run in about 5 seconds and I get this for results:

Installing Database - Version 4.4.0...undefined...Success
Installation of Database Complete

Clicking next again simpley gives me the same results over and over.

I have removed everything and completely started from scratch and I receive the same results.

Not sure if this is related or not bu I can only seem to get the DB connection to work if I specify a user and PW. In other words the NT authentication is not working on the new DB I created.

Any Idea as to what I am missing?

TIA

Try using the install package instead of the source package if you do not intend to change the source code.  Sometimes there are issues caused by the fact that the application was not recompiled before deploying to the site.  If you have to use the source code version try recompiling the code, start with a clean database and then access the site again to run the install.  If you do decide to use the install version, I would stil start with a clean database, just to make sure the install is as clean as possible.

Just for the record I used the new 4.52 install package and it worked fine. I will be trying the source install for this package and hopefully that will work also. THanks
