please download and install 4.5.3, this fixes this issue (and a number of others)

Hi Cathal.

Same issue here, I upgraded to 4.5.3 and the issue continues... please somebody how to fix it??
no one user can login the portal. login link redirect again over home page.

i thought the issue had been addressed in 4.5.3 (plus if you look at the list of forthcoming changes for 4.5.4 http://support.dotnetnuke.com/project/RoadMap.aspx?PROJID=2 , i can't see any beyond the password length item that might be this issue). can you give me more details i.e. what version you're updating from etc.

thanks for your answer.

sure. The issue is: when you click in login link dnn do the postback but back to home page without any errors. I have several identical portals in same server for same customer and only one present this issue, they are 4.4.01 version
Then I've upgraded to 4.5.3 successfully and DNN behavior is the same, I can't see login page but no errors.
I really will to appreciate your help.

sorry, i can't recreate this issue. Can you please check the database log scripts @ Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider (the .log files) to see if there were any errors during upload. Can you also please check the log viewer to see if any errors are showing up in there. Finally, i'd suggest you also install fiddler (http://www.fiddlertool.com/fiddler/) and use it to see what happens under the covers during the login (perhaps there's a 404 that you can't see
