Hi,

Are there any known issues in this upgrade ?

My site is currently live with a hosting provider and I dont think they will be ready restart IIS for me as it is a shared plan, is this mandatory ?

Anyone has already upgraded, please share experience.

Thanks

Vishal

I've recently updated a couple of my solutions and had no problems. So far I didn't discover any errors.

I have updated as well on a shared environment with no issues.

The upgrade process is quite smooth, simply be sure that you back everything up first.  I also have a tutorial on my blog site that walks you thought he upgrade steps if you have not done it before. http://www.mitchelsellers.com

Thank you for all the inputs, I know how impoartant it is to back up the entire installation. I can back up the dnn installation via ftp but is there a way to back up MSSQL database without having the hosting provider doing it for me ?

Thanks

Vishal

I have been doing so test upgrades and faced some problems which I could get by but now I am at one which I dont understand why and what it is.

After the upgrade, I cannot login to the site using host or admin accounts which were the only 2 accounts existing as it is a test system.

Any thoughts ?
