Does anyone know what this might mean.  I upgraded to the new DNN and the first problem I had was with the event log.  I cleared the db of all events and this fixed this problem.  My next problem is with the newsletter.  It is showing unavailable:

Yes you are right, I replaced the bulkmail files and this fixed this problem.  On the upgrade I got an error that told me to look at log 04.04.00 but when I try to look at it I get a small message that reads "Error: HelpURL "  so I'm not sure what all will be broken.  I've considered reloading the upgrade but I use Webhost4life and well....uploading is a nightmare with them.  

So anyone that is getting these types of errors can fix it by reloading the file that is causing the error.
