Hi,

I just noticed that when i click on forgot password to send the email with the password reminder it is just **** a bunch of dots. I did an upgrade a while back but have not been working with the site i just picked it up again. How can i fix it so that the email will show the actual password and not dots.

Thanks

This will happen if you try to request a password for admin or host.  For security reasons they are not sent via email.

If you have forgotten both admin and host logins if you have another valid user account or can create a new one, you can copy the password to your host/admin account using SQL.  I have a tutorial on completing that task on my blog site http://www.mitchelsellers.com
