On a Windows 2003 server, the Network Service must have read/write/modify permissions or equal.

On Windows XP, the ASP.NET account must have read/write/modify permissions.

This must be granted to the /portals folder and all subfolders.

MODIFY permissions already include read/write.

Do you know the truth when you hear it?
