I have trying to update my DotNetNuke 04.00.03 to ver 04.03.07 and have found some error.
After the update webpage have been executed successfully (I have to edit two SQL-files) and I try to go to the start page the system is looked, CPU process 100% until I close the webpage.

When I look in the SQL-profiler I see that the system calls “EXEC dbo.GetPortalAliasByPortalID 1” in a lop until I close the webpage.

I have also created a new database on my SQL2000 server (sp4) and then start-up the webpage. Then a blank new Nuke site is created and works OK

Files that have been changed before update:
Upgrade.SqlDataProvider  file
DECLARE @DuplicateUsers TABLE (
changed to
CREATE TABLE @DuplicateUsers (

04.00.04.SqlDataProvider file
I have to change in procedure TransferUsersFromFlatProfile the line
WHERE table_name='{databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}FlatProfile' AND column_name = @PropertyName
to
WHERE table_name='FlatProfile' AND column_name = @PropertyName
