Hi

I'we downloaded both the source package and the starter kit (04.05.03), because I want to start developing modules, skins and containers for DotNetNuke. According to the download page on DotNetNuke.com, only the source package is needed. I've previously made skins and containers fore DNN 2.X.

I'm using:
MS Visual Web Developer 2005 ExpressEdition
MS SQL Server 2005 Express Edition

In the folder "Website\Documentation\StarterKit" lies the file "Welcome.html", in which the installation/setup for an development enviroiment are described. I can't get the quick installation to work, it is as if  I'm missing something that should have been done before the quick installation.

Please! Can someone help a lost dane, new to .net?. How do I setup an development enviroment that works after installing then MS produckts above and unzipped the source package - step by step?

Kind Regards

Morten
