I'm trying to install starter kit package onto my PC but when I get to Installing Database Scripts the screen stays the same with the red progress bar and the next button is never enabled.

I do not get any messages in the text box.

I am using SQL Server 2005 and the database connection test works OK.

I have downloaded the starter kit again and tried again but end up at the same point.

I get an inital message about not being able to find the blog module but skipped it as I do not need it yet.

Any ideas ?

I had the same problem.  Based on an anser in another thread I went back and selected "auto" for my installation method.  That sailed through.  If nothing else it'll give you a better idea of which script is failing.

Thanks,

used "auto" as sugested and was able to see what was failing and sort it out.

Jim.
