I was having difficulties with the auto install of 4.3.7.  However, when I used the entire path ..../install/install.aspx?mode=install the process completed without any error notification.  The problem occurred when I clicked on the link to open the portal, that's when I received the error.

I have now started over from scratch--Rebuilt the server, etc.--Now a SSL certificate has been attached and I was able to successfully load DNN however, when I clicked on the link to open the portal I received the 404 error again.

I have attempted to disable(set to Off) all of the customerror in IIS as well as in the web.config file and I still get the 404 error.

I have ensured that ASP.NET, Network Service, and Annonmous all have ample permissions to all folders both in IIS and the OS.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Steve
