I am having difficulty upgrading cleanly from 3.3.7 to 4.4.5. I am getting  the following errors. The first error looks like the install is trying to add LastUpdatedColumn to the table DNN_Folders when in fact this has already been done. I have no clue on the second. Can anyone help?
