Hi everyone,

 Currrently, i using winxp pro edition, but i have problem installing IIS ,

while installing they show me this error saying

"setup cannot copy the file xxxxx "

so may i know in order to install DDN , i must have IIS installed  ?

if need IIS, may i know wad other web server can replace IIS in order to install DDN?

If you want to host the site via the standard methods yes you must have IIS installed on your machine.

For development purposes it is possible to get by using the Visual Studio Built In Webserver....but I personally prefer to do all of my DNN sites with IIS.
