I've tried to search it, I re-installed 4.2 just in case....  this is the error I get:  Any ideas????  Thanks!

Did you make sure to follow the install instructions?  If you EMail me with your contact info (Tony.Valenti@MobileNow.cc) I can take a look at your install and see what's going on.
