When I click on the "Upload" button in File Manager I get the following error:
A critical error has occurred.
Invalid postback or callback argument. Event validation is enabled using <pages enableEventValidation="true"/> in configuration or <%@ Page EnableEventValidation="true" %> in a page. For security purposes, this feature verifies that arguments to postback or callback events originate from the server control that originally rendered them. If the data is valid and expected, use the ClientScriptManager.RegisterForEventValidation method in order to register the postback or callback data for validation.

If I try and upload a new skin file I get this error:

Error: File Upload is currently unavailable.

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Cannot access a closed file. ---> System.ObjectDisposedException: Cannot access a closed file. at System.IO.__Error.FileNotOpen() at System.IO.FileStream.Seek(Int64 offset, SeekOrigin origin) at System.Web.HttpRawUploadedContent.TempFile.GetBytes(Int32 offset, Int32 length, Byte[] buffer, Int32 buffer

I've done a few different searches on this site and can't seem to find an answer.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Had the same problem the following resolved it:

 

Make sure the following is set in your web.config:

<httpRuntime useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="true" maxRequestLength="8192" requestLengthDiskThreshold="8192"/>
