hello, im trying to install DotNetNuke_04.05.05 but i have this error.

as you can see the error is in this Line 6; im working on WindowsXP Professional on an IIS 5.1.

You need to alter the settings in IIS so that the website is running on ASP.NET 2.0.  This is on 1.1, which is why it complains about the web.config elements.
