I'm getting the falling error when the installation script runs. I'm using the starter kit.

Error: The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_FolderPermission_Permission". The conflict occurred in database "C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\KEVIN\MY DOCUMENTS\VISUAL STUDIO 2005\WEBSITES\DOTNETNUKE WEBSITE1\APP_DATA\DATABASE.MDF", table "dbo.Permission", column 'PermissionID'. The statement has been terminated

This is happening during the setup of the portal "My Website".

Any ideas?

This worked before yesterday now I can't get DNN to run on two machines. I just installed starter kit today on this box so I couldn't have corrupted anything.

This was my fault.

The problem was I was using a database name that already existed on the server. I thought that because I was creating the database in a specic appdata foloder it was unique.

Live and Learn,

Kevin
