When upgrading a 4.6.0 site to 4.6.2 I received an error about the stored procedure GetPackageType Not existing.  It appears that the install died, however, the site is functional and it shows 4.6.2 on the Host Settings page.  This error was displayed during the "LiveId" upgrade installation.  Any ideas?

Tried to install the LiveID_01.00.00_Install.zip and OpenID_01.00.00_Install.zip files that are located in the /instal/packages directory and get the following error:

Installed a other module from Bizmodules without any problem.

Okey but i also see the following error in the event viewer:
