I am installing DNN 3.2.2 at my host (eNom) on a domain (www.domain.com) with the application pointed to the root of the DotNetNuke folder.  The install runs fine and I get no error messages.  However, when I try to go to the portal, it cannot get the settings.  It appears that the PortalAlias is not set for my domain.  I manually added an entry for PortalID 0 with a value of www.domain.com.  Firefox then throws an error that it cannot redirect in a way that will complete its request (IE goes into a constant loop).

I am going to rebuild the installation, but am guessing that I will run into the same issue.  Has anyone else run into something similar?  Any ideas how to resolve it?

you don't need to manually add portal alias's, just log in as the host user and go to site settings and scroll to the bottom where you can add as many portal alias's as you like. I suspect you're manually added entry was not 100% correct.

Thanks for the response Cathal.  The issue is that I cannot access the site due to a portal not configured to work on www.mydomain.com.  It does not appear that DNN knows which portal to pull based on the alias.  Here is the .NET error.
