Hey everyone,

I have a newly built server with the following specs:

  • Windows Server 2003 SP2
  • .NET 1, 2 & 3

I have downloaded the Installer v. 4.5.5 and have tried quite a few times to install it.

Can someone please help me with what I need to download & how to get it installed really quickly.

I know I need MS SQL and SQL Manager.  I have downloaded the free version of this.  I could really use some help to get it installed right and working correct.

I also need help setting up IIS.  I recently switched from Apache2Triad recently and not too familiar with IIS.

THANKS,
   QWERTYtech

have you had a look at the installation guide, available at the documentation page in resources menu?

In short words: create installation directory and grant full permission for "Network Service" user. Set up an IIS web site pointing to this directory, configure it  using ASP.Net 2.0, activate application, add default.aspx as default document. Unzip DotNetNuke installation package and call your site. Follow the intallation wizard.
