I think I know what the problem is.....when I installed DNN 2.6 the install process asked about placing a prefix on the server objects, to stop name clashing....

 

 I thought it ment the core objects I didn’t realise it would happen to all objects so now all object have the prefix which is causing errors all over the place.

 

Do you know how to stop the system putting the prefix on all server objects? and fix the problem as anything that isnt core is throwing errors

 

urgently need help

check your web.config nead the end in sqlserver section for objectQualifier and replace by ""

make sure, you run manually the upgrade script again, if upgrade resume does not show up.

Thanks for the reply but I couldnt wait for a reply so I desided to reinstall with out the functionality..  This hasnt turned out as easy as I expected as the hosting company is very hard to deal with..
