Hi, I'm a new user of DotNetNuke and am trying to install it on my server. Which package of DotNetNuke should I use (the install package, starter kit, or source package)? Does it depend on the server environment? Thanks!

Hi,

To simply use DNN on a server, use the Install package.

The Source package is needed if you want to modify the core (not recommended) or one of the core modules in Visual Studio, the Starter Kit is needed if you want to create your own modules.
