I'm not sure if this is the right place.

I have a "temporary" location for my DNN 4.0.2 install.  It's pointed here, in the PortalAlias table:
128.11.11.111/$sitepreview/cftoledo.com/reach

Now what happens is, when I traverse to the DNN site, it tries to redirect to:
cftoledo.com/reach

I perused the code real quick, though I'm a C# programmer I can still grasp what might be going on.
I found the following liens in the UrlRewriteModule.vb file that may be causing my PortalAlias to behave in the manner that it is:

    strURL = "https://" & objPortalAliasInfo.HTTPAlias.Replace("*.", "")

    strURL += app.Request.Url.PathAndQuery
End If
Response.Redirect(strURL, True)

Any thoughts?
