Hi, I tried to upgrade my website, and unziped to upgrade file over the existing directory structure. I backed up the database before doing so.

When I tried to look at my website after the upgrade, som scripts where running, and I got  some errors:

Upgrading DotNetNuke

Current Assembly Version: 04.07.00

Current Database Version: 04.04.01

But now I can't do anything. I checked the log files that it referes me to check, but I could not find anything about errors there.

What do I have to do now to get my site up and running again?

the way how you can find these logs are explained here:

please post the logs here or in the other thread.
We will look what we can do for you

But normaly these Errors are not so important "upgrade complete".
try to hit the "click Here To Access Your Portal" if you haven't tried it.
