I'm attempting to build a mirror of the office server for use as a testing environment. Because our live site is still using DNN 3.1.0, I downloaded an old install file of it, made a backup of the database, and installed both on a laptop running Server 2003.

Everything seems to be up and running with one exception - the bottom of every page on the localhost site includes this error string:

spm_initMyMenu(null, spm_getById('dnn_ctr672_dnnACTIONS_ctlActions'));function onxmlloaddnn_ctr672_dnnACTIONS_ctlActions() {return m_oSolpartMenu['dnn_ctr672_dnnACTIONS_ctlActions'].onXMLLoad();}>

correction - the website is also from a .zip backup of the live site. The attempt to start with a clean DNN install pointed at the old database failed miserably.
