I have the same problem, so what should I do? Anyone can help me?

Installing Database - Version 4.4.0...Upgrading Database to Version ERROR: See C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\DotNetNuke\Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider\04.04.00.log for more information...FAILURE 400 - Conversion from string "ERROR: See C:InetpubwwwrootDotNe" to type 'Integer' is not valid.

Thanks

Best regards,

Hi, i had the same problem, it happened after I had the problem with the install getting stuck and changing the web.config setting. To resolve the problem you have I dropped the entire DB and created a new one. This worked.

I got this. I never figured out why, but I did take the DB script and manually run it and it worked very nicely after a correction or 2.

Please check this post. I haven't tried it out myself yet, because it's not something you just do - change collation on the SQL Server...

Hi to correct this problem try doing the following: before installing edit the file Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider\InstallRoles.sql

add 'COLLATE database_default'

in the two occurrences of  'DECLARE @tbNames table(Name nvarchar(256) NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY)'

changing to 'DECLARE @tbNames table(Name nvarchar(256) COLLATE database_default NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY)'

After this just install manually.

Hope this can help you.

Best regards
