I hate bumping topics but I am really dead in the water here.  I am getting all sorts of errors.  If I can't get some help here I am going to have to recreate the site on a new install.

it looks like an issue with the user data, which upgrade did you perform (original version, new version), are there issues in the log files, you can view from the bottom of the Host Settings module?

Well I started with 4.06 then gradually when to 4.06.01, 04.06.02, then to 4.07.00.  I can not pull the log file up throught the gui but I did find (I think..) the logs it references(Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider\....).  All of the .log files have no data in them so I am assuming that means there were no errors.

if you started with DNN 4.6.0, there shall be no user data conversion issue, but there seems to be some inconsistant data in your database. Check out the users one by one to identify the issue.
