Hi, can I get some help on synchronizing between two DNN servers?

What's happening here is all the web developments are initially done on the testing server locally, and once the site has been conceptually proved, we need to upload it to the remote live server. Both servers are using DNN3.0 with SQL server 2000 at the backend. What can be the easiest way to synchronize these two DNN servers (besides manually)? Thanks!!!
