I installed on my webhost4life account DNN 4.5.3 with the installer.  But when I navigate to my page I receive the error : The stored procedure 'dbo.GetPortalTabModules' doesn't exist.

Now, I googled to find more information but I didn't find anything usefull, anyone some hints?

It sounds like the database portion wasn't installed correctly, or there were errors preventing the installation from completing.  I would suggest starting a new install from scratch.  In doing so, I would also suggest changing the AutoInstall appsetting to "false" to prevent the installation process from running without you (however unlikely),

You can then access the install process by adding the following path to your URL:

/Install/Install.aspx or /Install/InstallWizard.aspx

Will is correct, this is a typical issue during install and I strongly recommend to start with a new blank database.
