My Event viewer is getting huge in no time flat due to some General Exceptions, but they are too general and have no idea what may be throwing this error up to 15 times in one second.  Here is a paste of the error details

And here is a pasting of  the whole page 1 of my event viewer to show timing and that the error is all the same.  If anyone has any idea of what may be causing this, please let me know.  Also, do you think upgrading to 4.7 would resolve this?  If so, I will make the upgrade.
