I have created an intranet site for our HR department. They have requested me to created an "Archive Link" that should store all the old files (more than 3 months old). Can this be done in DNN? If yes please assist me urgently...

Thanking you in advance for your kind assistance...

it depends, how your file link repository is created, if you  want to move the links from one section to another. If you are talking about physical files, they usually remain in the original folders or you will need to move using a windows utility, followd by db sync and and recreation of the links.

How do you plan to implement "archiving"? Simply moving files to a different folder on the disk with different permissions, moving to a read-only device like COLD (Computer Output on Laserdisk) please clarify.
