I had V4.6 running ok and after upgrading to the latest V4.8 I was getting the error below.  Any ideas please help. Martin

Anyone that can please help.  I can open the db with the SQL management express tool but the latest version of DNN when I upgraded will not open the db.  The stack trace below:
