Hi all. First, let me thank everyone for posting their problems/fixes - I finally was able to get everything installed and working. And then it stopped working, and I get:

"The page cannot be displayed"

This occurs within Visual Studio development environment (the development webserver is running fine) and also on the target main webserver server. I have the latest and greatest of everything, and I have gone all through all the hints and tips and instructions. As I say, it was working fine - but stopped overnight.

I have done a complete re-build of a new DNN, and the same problem.

What the heck have I done?
